Purchases are final. We refund paid listings we reject, and chargebacks freeze your content.

Once you've paid, the transaction is not refundable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When we refund a paid listing
If our team rejects or removes a paid listing, you receive a full refund to the original payment method. We also issue a credit note. If you paid in crypto, we'll ask you for a payout address before processing the refund.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute or reverse a payment, everything purchased with that order is taken down immediately. It stays down while we investigate. If the dispute resolves in our favour, we restore it.

Questions people ask
- Do I get my money back if I change my mind?
- No. Purchases cannot be reversed once paid, unless we take down your listing.
- What if you reject my paid listing?
- We refund the full amount to your original payment method and send a credit note. For crypto, provide a payout address.
- What happens if I dispute the charge?
- Your content comes down until the dispute closes. If we win, it goes back up.
