- What counts as one contract?
- One contract is one document, regardless of how many times it is redrafted, how many rounds of redlines are sent, how many signers must approve it, or how many times it is downloaded. An MSA, SOW, NDA, offer letter or retainer all count as one contract each.
- How many people can use Dottr on my workspace?
- Unlimited users can access the workspace at no extra cost. Seats are never billed, so adding your entire team, finance lead, and lawyer costs nothing. You only pay for contracts.
- Is my contract data used to train AI models?
- No. Your documents are used only to answer your questions and provide the drafting, review and signing services you requested. They are never used to train models and never shared with other customers.
