Overview
LitArbi is exhibit management software for litigation and arbitration counsel. Users number exhibits the way their tribunal wants, cite them into briefs or awards in Microsoft Word from a sidebar pane, and produce lists of exhibits, hearing bundles and hyperlinked e-briefs from the same data. The software runs natively on Mac and Windows; data stays on the lawyer's computer or the firm's own server. Teams can share matters on LitArbi Server, their firm's own web hosting. Tablet apps for iPad and Android present exhibits in the hearing room with exhibit numbers and hyperlinked briefs.

- Yes. LitArbi cites from a pane beside your document, available in two versions: LitArbi for Word, the add-in for current Word (Microsoft 365 or Office 2024 on Windows, Word for Mac 16.70 or later, Word on the web, and Word for iPad), and a ribbon add-in for every Word from Word 2019 onwards. LibreOffice Writer also has its own add-in.
- What platforms does LitArbi support?
- macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon and Intel, and Windows 10 (1809 or later) or Windows 11 on x64 and ARM64 PCs. Both are in beta with the same features and version numbers, and share one licence and one matter format.
- Can my team work on the same matter?
- Yes. Your firm runs its own LitArbi Server on PHP and MySQL on the firm's web hosting, which LitArbi installs. Colleagues work on the same exhibits, numbers, notes and citations on Mac, Windows and in any browser, with every computer keeping a full copy and working offline.
- Is there a discount for beta testers?
- Yes, beta testers keep founder pricing when the plans go live.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
- Yes, at any time; the change applies from the next billing period.
