Overview
PayPester helps freelancers who bill through Stripe by automatically monitoring their accounts for overdue invoices. When an invoice becomes overdue, the system drafts a reminder email that starts friendly and becomes more direct as time passes. The tool provides three escalation levels at day 3, day 14, and day 30, with customizable tone for each reminder.
Every reminder requires explicit approval before it reaches the client. Users can edit the message, skip it, or stop reminders for a specific invoice. PayPester connects to Stripe with read-only access that can only view invoices, not modify them, and the service checks for overdue invoices automatically every few hours.
