- No. Signers receive an email link and can open and sign documents without creating an account.
- What is the difference between a shared file and individual copies?
- Shared file means everyone signs one finished PDF together. Individual copies means each signer gets their own finished PDF with the same layout.
- What are the limits for the Free plan?
- Free allows 5 requests and a maximum of 5 people per request.
- Can I save templates to reuse document layouts?
- Yes. Saving a template is free and does not use a request from your quota. When you send from a template, that uses one request.
- What should I do if a signer's email is wrong?
- Tell the sender so they can fix it. If you are the sender, you can correct the request by updating the contact information for people who have not yet signed.
