- BackPedal protects ebikes and pedal bikes including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, commuter bikes, cargo bikes, folding bikes, and second-hand bikes worth up to £20,000 on all plans. For the insurance plan, the bike must also be UK road legal.
- How long do the tracker batteries last?
- Both the GPS tracker and Bluetooth beacon run on batteries that last up to 3 years with no charging required. When batteries run low, BackPedal sends customers fresh trackers while their plan is active.
- Can I protect multiple bikes?
- Yes, customers can add as many bikes as they like. When protecting two or more bikes, every bike costs 10% less, including the kit if purchased.
