- What exactly spends a credit?
- Only issuing an invoice costs a credit. Drafts, clients, sending and re-sending, PDF downloads, receiving payment, and every estimate and quote you write are free on any balance. An invoice costs one credit when it stops being a draft and is never charged again.
- Do invoice credits expire?
- No, credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them, so a quiet month costs nothing and a busy month draws on what you already bought.
- Is this a subscription?
- The credit packs are not—you buy credits once and they are yours. The yearly plan renews each year, which is what pays for its lower rate and price lock.
