- Are my invoices really compliant?
- Yes. Your invoices carry what you enter and, from the Independent plan and during the full 14-day trial, they include a QR payment section to the SIX standard. This requires a Swiss or Liechtenstein IBAN, your name and address with postcode and town, and an amount still to be paid. The Free plan produces PDF invoices without the QR payment section.
- How does it work without typing anything?
- You dictate your invoice out loud, or photograph your job sheet. The AI recognises the client, the services, the quantities and the unit prices; the app then calculates the amounts and VAT. You check and correct everything before confirming.
- On which devices can I use Fele-facture?
- On iPhone with the free App Store app, on Android via Google Play, and in any web browser on your phone or computer. Invoices, quotes and client records sync across all your devices when you sign in to the same account.
- Where are my invoices and data stored?
- Your account data (profile, invoices, quotes, clients) are hosted in the EU at Frankfurt on Amazon Web Services via Supabase. Voice and photo processing use US providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Deepgram or Groq), and emails pass through Resend (US). Your data is never resold or used for advertising.
- What languages is the app available in?
- The interface is available in French, German, Italian and English. Invoices and quotes can be issued in 5 languages: French, German, Italian, English and Spanish (for Spanish, the QR payment slip is printed in English).
