- Yes. Every calculator, generator and template is free with no signup, no watermark and no limit on how many documents you create. An optional account is also free while in beta.
- Do I need to create an account to make an invoice?
- No. The invoice generator, quote generator, receipt maker and all 200 templates work with no account. An account only exists so your details and documents are saved for next time.
- Where does my data go?
- The tools run in your browser, so calculations and documents are built on your own device and what you type never reaches a server unless you sign in. If you create an account and send a document as a tracked link, that document is stored so your client can open and sign it.
- Can I use my own logo and colors?
- Yes. You can upload a logo, set an accent color and pick a font. Every one of the 200 templates supports the same branding controls.
- What countries do the tools work for?
- The document tools work anywhere and support multiple currencies. Tax tools are country-specific: sales tax covers US states, VAT covers 40 countries, and each states which rules it uses.
