All AI drafts are proposals that wait for your approval before posting. Your documents stay private to your organization, the AI learns from your corrections and supplier patterns in an organization-private memory you can view or delete, and every posting traces back to its source document. The product features append-only audit logs, role-based access control, and encryption in transit and at rest.
