- Are you charged for payments that recover on their own?
- No. RecoverFlow only charges for recoveries it can attribute to a specific action it took. Payments that would have recovered anyway, or that Stripe's own retries recovered, are not billed.
- Is there a contract or lock-in?
- No. RecoverFlow installs as a Stripe App and you can uninstall it from your Stripe dashboard at any time. Your billing keeps working exactly as before and there are no contracts or exit fees.
- What happens if a recovered payment is later refunded or charged back?
- If the payment is refunded or charged back after recovery, it was not actually recovered revenue and is not charged. If already invoiced, the fee is credited back on your next invoice.
- What access does RecoverFlow have to my Stripe account?
- RecoverFlow has six permissions: read your customers, read your invoices, be notified when invoices fail or are paid, read refunds and disputes, and pay an unpaid invoice. Card data never reaches RecoverFlow's servers—Stripe holds and processes all card information.
