No. The file is opened, read, checked and converted inside the tab. Reading a PDF does fetch the reader libraries from a CDN, but the invoice is not part of the request.

Which formats does it read?

XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X, UBL, CII and Peppol BIS, plus ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT, FatturaPA, Facturae and KSeF FA. PDFs are read too, including scanned ones.

Can I write invoices from my spreadsheet?

Yes. Download the template, one row per invoice plus a sheet for the line items, fill it, and drop the workbook back. You get one file per invoice, or the whole month as a single pass.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the page and work. There is no sign-up and nothing to cancel; the fair usage limit is the only cap.

What does the check cover?

The official rules that come with each format, plus the arithmetic: line totals, taxable base and VAT are recalculated, so a mismatch shows up before it shows up on the invoice your customer rejects.
