- Does this burden our clients?
- Joining a Room takes one screen from the invitation email with just a name and password entry. Clients don't need to create an account. Shared file links open without any account, with optional PIN protection and expiry dates.
- Can we use it alongside Backlog or kintone?
- Yes, Terasu is designed for coexistence. Keep issue tracking and dev tasks in your existing tools while Terasu handles client-shared files, decision records, requests, and AI features. No migration is required.
- How do you handle security and data?
- Traffic is encrypted and access is scoped per Room. Messages and requests to the client are sent only after approval. Content is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. Terasu never uses content to train its own or third-party AI models. Contracts with external AI providers prohibit training on user data. When you ask in a Room, the AI answers from that Room's records with sources.
- Can I try it for free?
- Yes, new sign-ups can try Solo or Business for 14 days free with no credit card required. The trial includes every Business feature. When it ends, you can choose Solo, Business, or drop to the Free plan.
