- No, the free plan is free forever and requires no credit card. Users receive unlimited Peppol invoices and can send one per month. Paid plans are monthly with no commitment.
- What happens if I am not compliant with e-invoicing requirements?
- Penalties may apply for lacking the technical means to send and receive structured invoices, with specified amounts of €1,500, €3,000 and then €5,000. How breaches are established and statutory intervals matter. An incorrect invoice does not automatically remove the right to deduct VAT.
- How do I get started with Peppol?
- Create a free account, enter your business details and follow Peppol registration in OrdoGrid. If you already receive through another tool, check the switching procedure first. Activation and delivery also depend on the network providers.
- Can I change plans at any time?
