Overview

PayLnk creates payment links that work in in-app browsers like Instagram, where normal payment links fail. Money goes directly from buyers to sellers' UPI IDs with no intermediary.

Q&A

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. Your buyer pays your UPI ID directly, so there is nothing for PayLnk to take a cut of. The service charges only a monthly subscription fee, and the free plan costs nothing.

How fast do I get the money?

Immediately. Money arrives the moment your buyer pays because it is a normal UPI payment from them to you, the same speed as if they scanned your QR code in person. There is no settlement delay because there is no settlement process.

Do I need GST, a company, or documents?

No. You need only a phone number and a UPI ID. PayLnk does not collect PAN, bank statements or business proof because it never touches the money and has no reason to require these documents.

What if the buyer's app still refuses the link?

Buyers get a QR code they can scan and your UPI ID with the amount and reference to copy. Both work in every UPI app with no app launch required, so nobody reaches a dead end.

Does it work for international or card payments?

No, and deliberately so. PayLnk is built for UPI, which is India-only. Cards and UPI Collect would require routing money through PayLnk, which would make it a payment aggregator and fundamentally change the product.
